How It Works

  • Time slots (3 hours each) are available on weekend and weekday evenings.


    Monday through Friday

    4pm - 7pm 


    Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays


    10am - 1pm  //   1pm - 4pm  //  4pm - 7pm

    As functions are booked consecutively, please plan to arrive on time (not early) and be cleaned and packed up on time for the next event.

  • Facility rental includes exclusive use of outdoor spaces and access to washrooms. All other buildings must remain secured and no entry is permitted. Facility is fenced and gated but adult supervision IS expected at all times. The Safety Village is a non-smoking facility and no alcohol is permitted on site. Please note we no longer have an indoor kitchen/classroom.

    ​Our facility has the capacity to hold hundreds so there are few limits on how many family and friends you can invite. If you can host and monitor a big group, feel free to invite to your heart's content!

  • Facility rental cost: $100.00 per 3 hour time slot

     

    Our preferred method of payment is by e-transfer. 

     

    Payment must be made 48 hrs prior to booking date or booking will be considered cancelled. 

  • Due to tightening insurance requirements. Every user of our facility must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian in prior to enjoying the Safety Village. This includes school groups, bookings and Open Bike Day drop-in. 

  • Take your event to the next level with our fun rental add-ons! Want to keep your guests entertained? Choose from our giant lawn games for laughter and friendly competition, or add our Nerf Party Package for an action-packed team battle. Whether you’re planning a birthday, family gathering, or private event, our extras make it easy to relax, have fun, and enjoy the moment!

Here's What You Need to Know

Planning a birthday bash or special event? At Penticton Safety Village, you get exclusive access to our awesome outdoor space—including our pint-sized streets, buildings, and washrooms.

🚪 All other buildings stay locked, though—so no peeking!
👀 Grown-ups, we count on you for supervision at all times—our village may be safe, but kids still need their crew.

🚭 No smoking or alcohol on-site, please!
🍽️ Heads up: we no longer have an indoor kitchen or classroom.
 

Bring the Whole Crew!

Got a big guest list? No problem!
Our outdoor space can handle hundreds of happy humans, so invite your family, your friends, your friends’ friends... If you can keep an eye on everyone, go for it!


Clean-Up Crew = You!

We love sharing our space—and we love when it’s left just the way you found it!

Before your time’s up, make sure to:
🗑️ Pick up any garbage
🪑 Wipe down tables & benches
🎁 Take all your stuff home (including birthday surprises!)

⏰ Set-up and clean-up are part of your 3-hour rental, so plan your party timeline accordingly. Be kind to the folks booking before and after you!

Safety doesn’t stop at the street—it includes our planet too!

We happily collect refundable cans, bottles, and juice boxes (they help fund our programs!). But all other recycling? That’s on you! Please don’t toss recyclables in the garbage. Let’s keep the village tidy and earth-friendly
