Service Description
The 2026 Booking calendar will open in February 2026! The Penticton Safety Village offers the perfect venue for your next birthday party or family BBQ! Book the entire village for your exclusive event and enjoy the grounds and washrooms without any public presence. Please note that buildings are off-limits during private bookings. Make your gathering extra special at Safety Village! Time slots (3 hours each) are available on weekends. 10 am - 1 pm 1 pm - 4 pm 4 pm - 7 pm As functions are booked consecutively, it is the renter's responsibility to set up, hold your event, and clean up within the 3-hour booking time. We’re thrilled to host your event, so make sure to arrive on time (not early) and wrap up on schedule, ensuring everything is cleaned and packed up for the next event. Please note, a fee will be added for those who do not respect the booking times. PAYMENT Facility rental cost: $100.00 per 3 hour time slot. Our preferred method of payment is by e-transfer to pay@pentictonsafetyvillage.ca. Payment must be made 48hrs prior to booking date or booking will be considered cancelled. Cancellation Policy
Client agrees to rent the space and Penticton Safety Village agrees to make available the use of the Penticton Safety Village located at 490 Edmonton Avenue, Penticton BC V2A 2H2. A signed contract and date-hold deposit of $25.00 is due to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be made 48 hrs prior to booking date or booking will be considered cancelled. Payment can be e-transferred to pay@pentictonsafetyvillage.ca. Please note your name and the date of the birthday party in the e-transfer message. Facility rental includes exclusive use of outdoor spaces and access to washrooms. All other buildings must remain secured and no entry is permitted. Two tables and a bench will be provided and set up in the Courtyard for you to use during your booking. Removal of tables and benches are not permitted. A rental contract will be emailed to you with all the details of your booking, including the liability form, Cleaning, Trash and Equipment Removal policies, and Clean-Up Fee Policy.
