Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. To help us manage staffing, supplies, and program planning, the following refund policy applies to all registrations unless otherwise stated.
Participant Cancellation
Refunds are based on the amount of notice provided before the program start date:

21 or more days' notice: 100% refund of program fees, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.

21–7 days' notice: 75% refund of program fees, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.

Less than 7 days' notice: No refund.
Payment Processing Fees
Payments made by credit card or debit card are subject to non-refundable payment processing fees charged by our payment provider. These fees are deducted from all participant-initiated refunds, as they are not returned to the Safety Village.
Transfers
Where space is available, registrations may be transferred to another eligible program or camp during the same season if space allows. Any difference in program fees will apply.
Program Cancellation
If the Safety Village cancels a program, participants will receive a full refund, including any payment processing fees.
Exceptional Circumstances
Requests for refunds due to medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be requested.
