2026 Summer Camp

C$175.00

Select the camp(s) that you are registering your child for and add it to the cart.  When you check out, please complete the registration form with your childs' information. If you are registering multiple children, you can email any follow-up information to info@pentictonsafetyvillage.ca.

 

Weekly Registration is $175 with the exception of short weeks (July 1st & Aug 3rd will be closed for stat holidays) per child. Short week registration will be $140. That works out to $35 a day.

 

Payment Options: We’re happy to offer flexible payment options to make registration as convenient as possible. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your child’s spot in camp. This helps us plan ahead and prevents unfilled spaces due to last-minute cancellations. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your camp start date. There are no additional fees or interest for choosing a payment plan. If you’d like to use flexible payments, simply select the manual payment option during registration. Our team will follow up with you by email to arrange your payment schedule and process your initial deposit.

 

You can pay via credit card or e-transfers can be sent to pay@pentictonsafetyvillage.ca. To arrange payment via cash or cheque please email info@pentictonsafetyvillage.ca. 

 

Please have all the children's waivers completed by the parent or guardian at www.pentictonsafetyvillage.ca/online-waiver prior to arriving. By signing this agreement, the parent/guardian acknowledges the inherent risks present in an outdoor play environment.

Summer Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy

We know that summer plans can shift, and we’ll always do our best to be fair and understanding. At the same time, running our camps requires advance planning for staffing, supplies, and programming. The following policy helps us balance both.

Cancellations by Families

  • More than 14 days before your camp start date:
    You’ll receive a full refund.
  • 7–14 days before your camp start date:
    You’ll receive a 50% refund of the total camp fee.
  • Less than 7 days before your camp start date:
    Refunds are not available, as final staffing and supplies have already been arranged.

Waitlist Fill Option

  • If you need to cancel within 7 days and we are able to fill your child’s spot from our waitlist, we can offer a refund.

Camp Transfers

  • Need to switch weeks? No problem! Transfers may be made up to 7 days before your camp start date, pending availability.
  • A small administrative fee may apply.

Missed Days / No Shows

  • We’re unable to offer refunds or credits for missed days, late arrivals, or early pickups.

Medical or Emergency Situations

  • We understand that unexpected situations happen. Refund requests for medical emergencies or serious illness may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

Weather & Air Quality (Wildfire/Smoke)

  • The safety of our campers is our top priority. In the event of extreme weather, wildfire smoke, or poor air quality, we may need to modify programming or cancel a camp day.
  • Refunds or credits for these situations are not guaranteed, but will be considered depending on the circumstances.

Behaviour & Safety

  • Our camps are designed to be safe and positive for everyone. If a child’s behaviour puts themselves, other participants, or staff at risk, we may need to arrange for them to be picked up early or withdrawn from camp.
  • In these situations, refunds will not be provided.

Cancellation by Penticton Safety Village

  • If we need to cancel a camp due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
