Penticton Safety Village is hiring a Seasonal Safety Instructor to help bring our programs to life. From leading activities to teaching important safety skills, this role is all about creating fun, memorable learning experiences for children in our unique mini community.
 

This is an amazing opportunity for post-secondary students in education, early childhood education, childcare, or related programs who want real, hands-on experience working with kids (and not just from a textbook!).
 

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading engaging, hands-on safety programs for children

• Creating a fun, welcoming, and supportive environment

• Helping with camps, school visits, and special events

• Being a positive role model for kids in our community

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Love working with children and bringing energy to a group

• Are confident, friendly, and ready to lead activities

• Enjoy being outdoors and staying active

• Are studying (or interested in) education, childcare, or a related field

The details:

• Seasonal position with potential for more hours through the summer

• Grant-funded position (applicants must meet eligibility requirements)
